Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: This position functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker with a leadership role in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role involves maintaining merchandise displays, assisting customers, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety.

• Key Responsibilities: Unloading trucks, receiving and unpacking shipments, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting with plan-o-gram setup, and building displays.
• Providing exemplary customer service by helping locate merchandise, greeting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Operating cash registers, handling payments, making change, and maintaining register area organization.
• Performing store maintenance tasks including cleaning floors, restrooms, and stockrooms, and setting up sidewalk displays.
• Supporting store operations such as opening and closing under supervision, authorizing refunds, managing cash levels, and monitoring security activities.
• Following company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maximize profitability and protect assets.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to operate cash registers, basic organizational skills, and the capability to lead in store operations during managerial absence. Attention to security, cash handling accuracy, and adherence to operational procedures are essential.
