This is one of the most critical roles in our organization—your presence, precision, and heart will directly shape the care we deliver to our patients and the rhythm of our neurosurgeons' work.  Your duties will include optimizing the patient experience and ensuring the needs of your providers are met by proactively identifying areas of improvement. Critical thinking, active communication, a high level of detail orientation, and respectful collaboration with patients, physicians and staff are essential for success.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the nerve center for one of our neurosurgeons, ensuring every patient experience—from the first call to the final follow-up—is seamless, compassionate, and human. You’ll anticipate needs before they arise, bring clarity to chaos, and handle high-pressure moments with grace. You’ll speak for the practice when others cannot.
