Top Requirements (Must Have)
- FedEx Credentials: Must be a currently Badged FedEx Driver.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a FedEx Business Contact (BC).
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in DRO (Dynamic Route Optimization).
- Proximity: Must live within 30 minutes of the Branch terminal (or be willing to relocate prior to start).
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Planning: Create and submit effective DRO plans nightly.
- Morning Execution: Arrive at the terminal by 7:30 AM to lead dispatch and manage hand-sheets/disputes.
- Fleet & Safety: Coordinate truck maintenance with mechanics and lead weekly safety meetings.
- Performance: Ensure 100% completion of daily deliveries and pickups while maintaining proper package coding.
- Leadership: Provide "on-the-fly" problem-solving and assist drivers in the field when necessary.
Schedule
- Full-time (7-day operation; schedule varies).
- Starts daily at 7:30 AM until completion.
- Requires weekend availability and flexibility for long-hour days.
