SALES OPERATIONS INTERN
The Sales Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the team with long-term projects as well as daily tasks and duties. They will collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners to meet the team's needs throughout the internship. The ideal applicant for this position is an individual who communicates clearly and effectively, displays a strong work ethic, and has a drive to learn.
Seeking a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or relevant field Available to work 40 hours/week throughout the duration of the Summer Internship Comfortable working in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams Knowledge of luxury, fashion, retail specialty or wholesale environment preferred Strong communication/interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality Can work independently and be a team player while maintaining a professional attitude Ability to multi-task, prioritize/time-manage, and be highly detail-oriented Legally authorized to work in the US before first day of employment

- Duration: 10-week paid internship
- Dates: June 1 – August 7th
- PayRate: $17/hour
- Maintaining showroom standards to ensure proper presentation by brand.
- Assist in organizing sample closet and participate in sample audits/inventory.
- Fulfilling and shipping sample requests from sales team, Marketing & PR teams.
- Provide reporting of top sellers by brand.
- Assist in the maintenance of survey reporting and dealer agreements.
- Preparation & support for local and domestic sales events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
