Web & Systems Developer
Location: Fort Sill, Oklahoma (On-site)
Clearance Requirement: Active DoD Secret Clearance
Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, highly skilled Web & Systems Developer to join our team at Fort Sill. In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind delivering secure, efficient, and user-centric digital solutions. You will blend traditional full-stack web development with cutting-edge tools including AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and the Microsoft Power Platform to modernize and maintain critical DoD systems. If you have a keen eye for design, a deep toolkit of programming languages, and a passion for building accessible, compliant web architectures, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic and static web applications, websites, and web-related services.
- Lead site planning, layout, and graphical design, utilizing industry-standard software to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Administer and develop SharePoint pages and content, including managing permissions, groups, basic web parts, and workflows.
- Integrate rich web content, including blogs, RSS/News feeds, audio/video multimedia, and social networking APIs.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and bot creation to build modern, automated digital solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of websites to ensure content is relevant, timely, and compliant with DoD and U.S. Army G-6 standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards.
- Analyze emerging technologies and site structure topographies to recommend strategic upgrades to the existing web environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study; OR
- five (5) years of direct Web and Systems Development experience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between complex code and user needs.
- Microsoft & Cloud Ecosystem: MS 365, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerQuery), Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Azure Storage.
- Programming Languages & Frameworks: HTML/HTML5, DHTML, CSS/SASS, XML, JavaScript (JSON, AJAX, jQuery, TypeScript), VBScript, PHP, SQL/MySQL, Swift, PySpark, and Bootstrap.
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Joomla!, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Concrete 5.
- Development & Version Control Tools: Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, VS Code, and Xcode.
- Design & Creative: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
- Demonstrated experience with AI integration, LLMs, and Bot creation.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
