Computer System Analyst III (Audio Visual Systems Engineer)
Location: Fort Sill, Oklahoma (On-site)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Audio Visual Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of complex AVL-VC (Audio, Video, Lighting, and Video Conferencing) systems at Fort Sill. In this senior-level role, you will be the technical authority for both large and small facility AV infrastructures. This position requires a unique blend of high-level systems engineering, deep expertise in digital processing and control systems, and the hands-on capability to bring architectural designs to life. If you have a decade of verifiable AV experience and thrive in dynamic installation environments, we want you to lead our AV technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, install, operate, and sustain comprehensive AVL-VC systems across various facility sizes.
- Read, interpret, and execute technical installations based on complex architectural plans and schematic line drawings.
- Lead the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of Digital Sound Processors (DSP), digital projection, digital displays, and advanced control systems.
- Navigate and work safely in diverse physical environments, including dimly lit venues, tight/restricted spaces, and elevated areas such as catwalks and lifts.
- Collaborate with facility managers and IT teams to ensure AV systems integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in the installation and operation of DSP, Digital Projection/Display, and Control Systems Equipment (must be clearly documented on resume).
- Must possess an active, current AVIXA (formerly InfoComm) Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) General Certification.
- Excellent visual acuity and hearing are strictly required to tune and troubleshoot AV systems.
- Must possess the physical ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, bend, lift, and push during daily job tasks.
- Ability to safely lift and transport moderately heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).
- Must be physically able and completely comfortable working at heights (catwalks, lifts, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in a technology-related field is highly desired.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
