Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Welder located in Lenoir City, TN. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, as well as handling materials to create precision-engineered parts and products. Day-to-day activities involve interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, setting up welding equipment, and performing quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards. Collaboration with team members and maintaining a safe work environment are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MIG Welding, Arc Welding, and TIG Welding
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and processes, including material preparation and finishing
- Experience working with various materials, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to safety standards
- Capability to work collaboratively and follow instructions effectively in a team environment
