Independent Contractor for Fedex Ground looking for delivery drivers for immediate employment at the following location:
2490 Woodstream Dr. Bowling Green, OH 43402
This position requires you to deliver and pick up small to medium sized Fedex packages out of your personal vehicle. You MUST have delivery experience out of a personal vehicle (food delivery or uber is perfect!) Will require an independent worker who is a quick learner. One day of paid training will be provided to teach the scanner and routing software. Uniforms will be provided.
You will be responsible for arriving by 8:30 AM each work day and loading the packages into your personal vehicle. You will use your cellular device to access our routing software for navigation. A company scanner will be provided for package delivery tracking. Every package must have a valid delivery attempt each day. Delivery and pickup time commit windows must be honored. You must return to the station at the end of each day to return the scanner, any undelivered packages, and any picked up packages.
Delivery area is in Bowling Green (43402) and surrounding zip codes.
Requirements for your vehicle:
- Vehicle type - Sedan, SUV, minivan, or pickup truck with a hard cover.
- 2010 model year or newer.
- Must be in good physical appearance and operating condition
- Valid registration
- Valid insurance
Requirements for you:
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen that includes marijuana
- Cellular phone and data plan.

Compensation:
- $0.75 per stop (city) or $1.25 per stop (rural)
- Bonus $0.25 per stop for 99.5% weekly service score through end of 2025.
- Base Rate - $10.70 per hour. This is paid in addition to per stop and bonus pay.
*It should take approximately one hour to load packages and dispatch in the morning. Efficient drivers can deliver 15-30 stops per hour once on the road.
