We are an Independent Service Provider (ISP) for FedEx Ground seeking reliable and motivated Personal Vehicle Delivery Drivers for immediate hire. This role uses your personal vehicle and smartphone to deliver and pick up small to medium-sized FedEx packages within Findlay, OH.
If you have previous experience delivering out of your own vehicle—such as food delivery, rideshare (Uber/Lyft), or similar—you’re a great fit. We provide paid training, uniforms, and all necessary equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Arrive at the terminal by 7:30 AM each shift.
- Load assigned packages into your personal vehicle.
- Use our company-provided scanner and your smartphone for routing/navigation.
- Deliver and pick up packages safely, accurately, and within committed time windows.
- Ensure every package receives a valid delivery attempt each day.
- Return to the station at the end of your route to return equipment and undelivered items.
Vehicle Requirements
Your personal vehicle must meet the following:
- Sedan, SUV, minivan, or pickup truck with a hard cover
- 2010 or newer
- Good physical appearance and reliable operating condition
- Valid registration and insurance.
Driver Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a drug screen (including marijuana)
- Smartphone with an active data plan
- Strong work ethic, independence, and ability to learn quickly.
