Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Smith, AR. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include supervising food and beverage quality, training team members, hiring and scheduling staff, and creating an engaging dining experience for all guests.
