If you enjoy working in a fast-paced but supportive setting where everyone pitches in when deadlines get tight, this is a strong opportunity.What Youll Be DoingPrepare detailed drywall framing estimates for commercial projectsComplete wallboard and plasterboard takeoffsEstimate drywall equipment, materials, and suppliesPerform custom millwork estimating as neededUse PlanSwift and OnScreen Takeoff for quantity takeoffsWrite and assemble clear, accurate bid proposalsReview bids daily with operations and leadership prior to submissionParticipate in client scope review meetings via ZoomSupport occasional bid follow-ups (majority handled by leadership)Bid volume varies, some weeks may involve quick-turn bids within hours, while others allow multiple days for completion. When timelines are tight, the team collaborates closely to ensure success.What Were Looking ForMinimum 3 years of estimating experience in commercial drywallHands-on experience with drywall takeoffs (training is not available)Proficiency with PlanSwift and/or OnScreen TakeoffStrong proposal writing and estimating accuracyAbility to collaborate in a fast-paced bid environment
