Assembly Technician
Location: Rockford, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $17-$19/hour

Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic display systems according to specifications and work instructions
- Perform testing, inspection, and quality verification of completed assemblies
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Maintain accurate production and testing records
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or related experience
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Own reliable transportation
- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
