Accounting/Finance Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting/Finance Assistant to join a dynamic, fast-paced fintech team. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations: Manage money movement and distribute residual payments accurately by agent, ensuring correct allocation of varying percentages.
- Monthly Residuals: Facilitate agent income processing, pull raw data and reporting into SQL Server, and enter results into the internal CRM (Tool Kit).
- Equipment Coordination: Oversee equipment requests (POS systems) for newly approved businesses, including creating invoices and coordinating with the equipment team.
- Reporting & Data Entry: Support reporting functions, maintain financial records, and assist with ongoing operational finance tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience in billing or invoicing.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a casual, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
