Responsibilities
- Conduct between 150 to 250 calls daily.
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and effectively.
- Make outbound calls to homeowners, sharing the compelling benefits of solar energy.
- Schedule appointments for our solar consultants to meet with homeowner.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to generate leads and build relationships.
- Uphold a professional tone and demeanor on the phone.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with speaking to individuals, including experience with cold calling or outreach.
- Availability to work on-site during office hours.
