Cell Phone Sales Representative

WHO ARE WE?

We are a small tech team specializing in device repairs and reselling preowned devices utilizing financing and lease to own options. We specialize in repairs for smart phones, game consoles, computers, and tablets. We pride ourselves with outstanding customer service, fast repair times, and quality repairs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for:

- a high energy individual who enjoys working with and serving customers and working as part of a small local team.

- Someone who has basic computer and smart phone knowledge who is eager to serve customers.

- someone to take customer calls and work as the face of our team.

- someone who believes in excellence and doing their best to serve our customers and work as part of a small elite team.

WHO WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR?

-We are NOT looking for cold callers.

-We are not actively looking for someone to do repairs. This position is not a repair position but is a customer service and sales position, with a potential to do some repairs if desired.

DAY TO DAY LIFE

You will be working directly with the owner, Evan McClung, serving as Evo’s face and voice. You will be trained on all pricing and general knowledge that you will need to do your job. You will be working face to face with customers in a fast paced working environment. You will be answering incoming phone calls and calling customers to inform them when their tech is repaired. You will be responding to customer inquiries and assisting customers proving repair pricing and turn around time.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to help customers find the right tech solutions.
• Drive sales of cellphones, accessories, and repair services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tech products.
• Create an amazing in-store experience that keeps customers coming back.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of Evo Repairs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

PAY BREAKDOWN

Salary: $38,000 a year/ $19 an hour

10% commission on all devices and accessories sold

If you're doing the required work, you can expect to do $4,000-$8,000 in additional in commissions, and more if you're killing it.

Total Expected Yearly Salary: $42,000 - $46,000
