Korean-English Bilingual Product Promoter – Costco

Location: Monterey Park, CA
Pay: $35/hour
Schedule: August 7–14, 2026 | All 6 days required (WEEKDAYS ONLY)
Total: 36 paid hours | Temporary W-2 Assignment

TG Solutions is hiring 2 Korean-English Bilingual Product Promoters for a temporary product roadshow at Costco warehouses in the Bay Area.

You will be assigned to one Costco location—Monterey Park, CA. You will promote a premium laundry care product line featuring laundry detergent capsules and fabric softener, engage with Costco members, answer questions, demonstrate product benefits, and encourage sales.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, comfortable approaching customers, and able to communicate fluently in both Korean and English.

Schedule

All 6 days are required:

• Fri 8/7: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM (6 paid hours)
• Mon 8/10: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM (6 paid hours)
• Tues 8/11: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM (6 paid hours)
• Wed 8/12: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM (6 paid hours)
• Thurs 8/13: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM (6 paid hours)
• Fri 8/14: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM (6 paid hours)

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage Costco members in a friendly, professional manner
• Promote and demonstrate laundry detergent and fabric softener products
• Answer customer questions and explain product benefits
• Communicate with customers in both Korean and English
• Encourage product interest and support sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional demonstration area
• Follow Costco and event policies and procedures

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean and English
• Outgoing and comfortable approaching customers face-to-face
• Previous retail, sales, product demonstration, brand promotion, or event experience preferred
• Available for all 6 scheduled days
• Reliable transportation to your assigned Costco location
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and eligible for W-2 employment
• Able to successfully complete the required background check
• Professional appearance and grooming
• Reliable, proactive, and customer-service focused

Hiring Process

TG Solutions will review applications and conduct an initial screening. Qualified candidates will be shortlisted for a video interview with the client. Selected candidates will then complete TG Solutions onboarding, including employment paperwork, background screening, and a product briefing before the event.
