Plastic Injection Molding Technician – 1st Shift
Fowler, CA (relocating to Visalia, CA later this year)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour to start

Overview
A growing plastics manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Injection Molding Technician with hands-on production experience. The ideal candidate has experience working with plastic injection molds and can efficiently set up, break down, assemble, clean, and handle molds to support daily production.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down injection molds quickly and safely.

• Assemble, disassemble, prep, and clean molds for production runs.

• Handle molds and components with care to maintain quality standards.

• Support production operations and maintain an organized work area.

• Operate machines and handle output of product while maintaining the flow of production

Requirements

• Experience in injection molding (plastics preferred).

• Ability to handle, prep, and maintain molds in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently after training.

• Ability to work full-time and continue with the team after relocation to Visalia.
