Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards through comprehensive inspections, audits, and data analysis. Your proactive approach will help maintain our reputation for manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality audits across various manufacturing stages to identify deviations from quality standards
- Perform detailed quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to uphold product integrity and compliance with industry regulations
- Manage quality systems documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action records
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality metrics to identify trends and areas for process enhancement
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively
- Support the development and refinement of quality management systems to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, including QA/QC procedures, manufacturing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform quality audits and inspections with attention to detail
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with quality management tools and software is a plus
