Harmony Systems and Service is a plastic injection molding facility, located in Piqua, Ohio. We are hiring a Quality Control Tech. Harmony Systems is a strong and growing company looking for talent! We are looking for someone who wants to “raise the bar” and develop their experience into higher levels of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on molded parts
- Complete first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Identify defects and communicate issues to supervisors and production
- Ensure proper use of gauges, calipers, and measurement tools
- Support containment and corrective actions when quality issues arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous quality or manufacturing experience preferred (plastic injection a plus)
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking)
