TFM Services, a leading and expanding Midwest facility maintenance company, is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, determined, flexible, and willing to assume additional responsibilities if the need arises. Pay will depend on qualifications and experience.
The individual selected will be responsible for:
- Power washing in a retail/convenience store and office environment.
- Completing other non-routine cleaning as the need arises.
Skills and requirements necessary include:
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to pull and back up trailer
- Prior power washing experience highly desired
- Mechanically inclined with ability to make minor equipment repairs
- Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering superior service
- Capable of working productively under minimal supervision.
- Ability to problem solve and work well with others.
- Physically capable of bending, lifting, and operating heavy equipment.
- Ability to travel throughout Kansas and neighboring states, and sometimes stay overnight
