What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Counter position at Washer Specialties?
Ideal Candidate should have experience in customer service and basic computer knowledge. Prior HVAC and/or appliance knowledge is preferred but not required. On the job training will be provided. Daily tasks will include but not limited to: answering inbound phone calls, assisting customers at our sales counter, submitting orders, looking up parts, product knowledge, basic troubleshooting, navigating various websites, etc. Benefit packages available.'

- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
