dedicated team as a Unit Leader at our Psychiatric Residential Treatment
Facility (PRTF), where your leadership ensures that daily schedules,
treatment plans, and care standards are met with excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
Coordinate and direct group activities to ensure compliance with
treatment schedules
Monitor and report supply and curriculum needs for psychosocial
programming
Ensure staff are equipped with materials for therapeutic groups and
activities
Collaborate with medical, therapeutic, and educational departments for
holistic care
Document staff interactions, incidents, and resident progress
Support direct care staff during emergencies or crises
Attend staff meetings, supervision sessions, and coaching
Transport residents or conduct agency business using personal or agency
vehicles
Promote cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and adherence to accreditation
standards
\
**Qualifications**
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree in human
services preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in a residential program; medical care center
experience a plus
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid drivers license and ability to meet agency driving standards
Completion of Safe Crisis Management training (or willingness to
complete upon hire)

**Skills & Competencies**
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to interpret technical and legal materials
Basic financial literacy and data analysis capabilities
Commitment to trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices
\
**Physical & Environmental Requirements**
Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform manual tasks for extended
periods
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
Comfortable working in moderate noise levels and occasional outdoor
conditions
\
