We are seeking a dependable, organized, and operations-focused Service Support Administrator to support our service leadership team. In this role, you will coordinate travel arrangements, assist with training logistics, maintain fleet records and vehicle maintenance logs, and provide administrative support that helps keep daily operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your Objectives
Provide clear and professional communication across departments
Coordinate travel arrangements for service technicians, including flights, hotels, and transportation
Assist with scheduling and logistics for technician training and certifications
Maintain accurate fleet records, including vehicle assignments and maintenance tracking
Perform general administrative support tasks such as scheduling, document management, and record updates
Work closely with service managers and technicians to support efficient operations
Learn and utilize company systems, including cloud-based scheduling tools and Google Workspace
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Google Sheets and scheduling software preferred
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities
Previous experience in customer service, travel coordination, fleet coordination, or administrative roles where multitasking was essential
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality (Monday–Friday)
Ability to type 45 WPM
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of administrative experience
Knowledge of foodservice equipment or related industries is a plus
