What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers while coordinating with our service team to ensure every customer receives timely, professional support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels

• Scheduling service appointments while working side-by-side with the dispatch team for efficient response times
• Managing customer communication from start to finish
• Processing customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately
• Maintaining customer records and documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Collaborating with technicians, management, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations
• Utilizing Google Workspace and cloud-based scheduling software to manage daily workflows

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, dispatch, administrative support, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance (Monday–Friday)

Preferred

• Experience with dispatch or service scheduling

• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
