Responsibilities:
Actively contribute to:
- Ad angles, hooks, and offers (not just overseeing)
- Funnel builds (landing pages, PDP optimization, bundles)
- Email/SMS strategy and flows
Identify and execute high-impact revenue levers:
- AOV increases
- Conversion rate improvements
- LTV expansion
- Test rapidly and iterate based on real performance data (not theory)
Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable):
Personally scaled at least one (ideally multiple) Shopify DTC brand from $0 to $100K /month in revenue
Direct ownership of strategy and execution (not just managing a team or reporting)
Deep understanding of full funnel growth:
- Paid acquisition (Meta primarily)
- Email/SMS (Klaviyo or similar)
- On-site conversion optimization (PDP, bundles, upsells, AOV)
Able to clearly break down:
- What you tested
- What worked/didn’t
- How they scaled profitably (not just revenue)
