Full Time Customer Service position available. Should be a self-starter with excellent communications & organizational skills. This is not a call center environment. Responsibilities:
- Contact consumers regarding debt payments
- Answer incoming calls
- Use computer systems to handle and manage accounts
Experience:
- General computer knowledge
- Customer Service experience

- Ability to articulate clear, concise instructions and responses
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Time management skills
