What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders on talent acquisition, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture that supports collaboration and growth.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
- Lead a small HR team and influence employees across all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree 5 –7 years HR experience (with 2 years of HR leadership).
- Manufacturing HR background; strong knowledge of employment laws.
- Skilled in recruiting, employee relations, and change management.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must; in Workday & Dayforce is a plus.
- HR Certification preferred.
