JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a number of duties to fill, sand, buff, and prepare a variety of standard composite parts for
prime and paint.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or bronze level WorkKeys certification.
Textron Aviation’s blueprint reading class preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Working conditions may involve dirt, dust and grease. Could be exposed to fumes and sharp objects and loud noise. Exposure to heat. Safety shoes could be required.

- Prepares basic composite surfaces by filling, sanding, and buffing to a smooth surface with some
- Responsible for ensuring finished parts meet quality specifications and requirements.
- Uses small hand tools, sanders, buffers, adhesive applicators, calipers, gauges, and other
- Responsible only for own work
- Performs other related duties as required.
Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or bronze level WorkKeys certification.

- 6 months of composites experience.
