The Insulation Jacketing Project Manager is responsible for the strategic and tactical management of our insulation jacketing product line. This role owns the product lifecycle from market analysis and product development through launch, pricing, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of plastics, industrial materials, and insulation systems, along with the ability to translate customer needs into profitable product solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Lifecycle ManagementOwn the full lifecycle of insulation jacketing products, from concept through end-of-lifeDevelop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company growth objectivesIdentify opportunities for product line expansion, differentiation, and cost optimizationMarket & Customer InsightConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveysMonitor industry trends, regulations, and standardsPartner with sales to understand customer applications and pain pointsProduct Development & LaunchCollaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and quality teams to define product requirementsLead new product development initiatives, including business cases and launch plansEnsure products meet performance, regulatory, and manufacturing requirementsCommercial ExecutionDevelop pricing strategies, value propositions, and margin targetsWork with marketing to create datasheets, specifications, and promotional contentPerformance & OptimizationTrack product performance using KPIs such as revenue, margin, and market shareDrive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and performance dataRequirements:RequiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field; or related experience3-5 years of experience in plastics, industrial materials, or building productsKnowledge of insulation systems and jacketing materials Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skillsPreferredFamiliarity with industrial insulation markets (HVAC, oil & gas, power generation, chemical processing)Experience with regulatory and performance testing standardsFluency in Spanish Skills & CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong commercial understanding Data-driven decision makingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to balance technical detail with market-focused executionCustomer-focused mindset
