What You'll Do:
· As a loan servicing and escrow specialist, you will perform loan servicing, escrow and administrative functions which support our investor and borrower client base.
· You will assist in managing a loan portfolio within the terms of the loan documents, including timeliness of loan payments, maintenance and payment of insurance coverage, and payment of property taxes.
· You will deliver customer service solutions in response to inquiries from investors and borrowers.
· You will work in a collaborative environment with opportunities for advancement.
Job Information and Requirements:
· Experience as a loan officer, credit analyst, loan servicer and/or banking or lending experience preferred.
· Experience with Excel preferred.
· Experience with loan or loan servicing software preferred.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
· Salary: Negotiable.
· Position: Full time.
· Location: El Paso, Texas.
