Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Houston, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will engage in daily tasks such as managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, generating sales leads, and handling account management responsibilities. This role is crucial in driving the company's sales goals and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or related fields such as Industrial and Hydraulic sales.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
