Texas Yard Pro is looking for a top-tier, hands-on professional to take ownership of our equipment and fleet.
This is not an entry-level role — we want someone who knows their way around equipment and takes pride in keeping things running right.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Skid steers, tractors, commercial mowers, trucks, trailers, small engines (all forms of construction equipment)
- Preventative maintenance programs & diagnostics
- Managing fleet reliability and minimizing downtime
- Overseeing shop organization, tools, and workflow
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment across operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic experience
- Background in heavy equipment, landscaping equipment, or fleet maintenance
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Leadership mindset — able to take ownership and run the shop
