Process and assign incoming electronic loan inquiries, seeks out ways to enhance the loan document, title work and check disbursement processes.

- Responsible for reviewing, preparing and sending all direct loan documents ensuring due diligence is performed at all time to protect the CU and mitigate risk
- Responsible for accurately preparing and sending out title work and assists with all related processes.
- Review and verify loan stipulations
- Assigns incoming electronic and callback loan inquiries to the direct lending team members
- Responsible for sending out correspondence relating to adverse actions;
- Responsible for check disbursements related to funded loans;
- Review
opportunities to team members and ensure successful closing of leads;
- Resolve and respond to member/dealership/merchant inquiries and/or concerns completely, accurately and in a professional manner;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet or exceed deadlines simultaneously
- Presents a helpful and positive attitude, focusing on solutions and promoting a collaborative environment at all times
- Backs up indirect lending closer, as needed;

- Comply with established regulations and law requirements
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year customer/member service experience;
- Minimum of 1 year in financial institution environment;
- Minimum of 1 year working in a lending environment, preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to operate computer systems with proficiency and comfort with technology
- Requires an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who is able to work independently;
- Strong processing, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport, be friendly and personable and look for ways to benefit the member;
- Working knowledge of rules and regulations governing credit unions, consumer underwriting, origination, and servicing guidelines;
- Working knowledge of loan origination software;
- Understand how to present features and benefits of products and services to member with differing needs;
- Understanding of lending and loan terminology.
- Must have experience in understanding consumer sales contracts and all loan documentation
- Strong listening and communication skills;
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality;
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to member satisfaction;
- Required to handle all member information in a confidential manner;
- Professional written and verbal communications skills;
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays as needed.
