Position Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Dept.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and handle confidential documents.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls professionally.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Support team projects and perform other duties as needed.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget reconciliation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).
- 10 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong accounting skills and excellent math proficiency.
