This is an opportunity to join the dream team of Pediatric dentistry! As a Schedule Coordinator, you will assist in delivering outstanding care and experiences for our patients.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, In person
Responsibilities:
- Schedule/Reschedule treatment and hygiene appointments; schedule unfinished treatments and reschedule missed appointments.
- Manage hygiene and treatment schedule for efficient and effective appointment times
- Be an effective team player with fluid communication and information for clinical staff
- Advocate for expanding new patient growth through marketing and promotional programs, inside and outside of the office
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school graduate or GED
- Passionate & Friendly personality
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Team oriented
- Outstanding problem solving and communication skills
- Strong computer skills (google docs, dental software, etc.)
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
- Insurance verification
- Dental office experience
