What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Producer position at Texas Standard?
Texas Standard is Texas’ clothing brand built to deliver high-quality gear while giving back to the state we call home. We’re looking for a Creative Producer to own in-house creative, seasonal photography, and consistent email creative. This role keeps the brand visually sharp and production moving.
This is a hands-on role.
You make the work.
Lead seasonal photography for product and lifestyle shoots.
Execute clean, consistent product laydowns and on-model imagery.
Deliver photo assets ready for email, web, and campaigns.
Design email graphics on a recurring cadence.
Adapt creative to seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Support additional creative needs as bandwidth allows.
Create product mockups and apparel visuals.
Design social, paid ad, and site graphics.
Capture and edit simple video for social or ads.
Apply brand standards across channels.
2–5 years of hands-on creative experience.
Proven apparel photography experience required.
Strong graphic design fundamentals.
Comfort working inside brand guidelines.
Experience with apparel or consumer brands preferred.
Interest in Texas culture and lifestyle is a bonus.
This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-office work in Austin, with flexibility for remote days.
Compensation: Based on experience.
