What You’ll Do
Like all our roles, our Paid Social Creative Producer is multi-functional. We pride ourselves in providing extreme autonomy. As our Paid Social Creative Producer, you will:
- Build a rapid creative engine: Create simple systems for producing and iterating video, UGC, static, and AI-driven creative at high speed.
- Translate performance insights into creative: Study winning ads, break down hooks and formats, and apply those learnings to new concepts.
- Produce short-form video end-to-end: Shoot, script, edit, and optimize UGC and native video for Meta, TikTok, and Reels.
- Use AI tools to scale output: Leverage Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Figma AI, and Canva.
- Design polished static creative: Create clean, on-brand graphics and image ads that drive performance.
- Localize creative: Build city/county-specific variations to improve relevance and conversion.
- Source and direct creators: Identify, brief, and collaborate with UGC creators and influencers.
- Support organic social: Produce simple, trend-aligned content for IG & TikTok.
- Work within Growth: Operate as a core member of the Growth team, partnering directly with the VP of Growth (Jason Martin).

As our Paid Social Creative Producer, you are:
- A creative-first thinker who naturally sees strong angles, stories, and hooks.
- Someone who studies short-form content and understands why videos convert.
- A hands-on producer who enjoys filming, editing, designing, and writing.
- Comfortable being on camera (or directing those who are).
- Skilled at coordinating creators and lightweight production workflows.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and energized by startup speed and autonomy.
- Excited by AI creative tools and new workflows.
- Motivated by building a creative system from zero to one.
Basic Qualifications
Here are our non-negotiables:
- 4-6 years of hands-on creative production experience.
- Strong skills in short-form video creation, editing, and design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
- Experience using AI creative tools (Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Figma AI, Canva).
- Experience producing Meta TikTok creative.
- Ability to source and manage UGC creators or influencers.
- Proven ability to take ideas from concept → asset → test → iteration.
