G&G Electric is looking for an organized, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator and Dispatcher to support our growing service department.
As the Customer Service Coordinator and Dispatcher, you will likely be the first point of contact for our customers. The dispatcher serves as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and the office team. The right person will help create a smooth customer experience while ensuring our technicians have accurate, real-time information in the field.
We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly detail-oriented, computer literate, and able to maintain professionalism in a busy office environment.

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Schedule service calls and estimates using our dispatch process
- Complete customer intake forms accurately during calls
- Maintain complete and accurate customer notes within our dispatch system
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with service technicians throughout the day
- Communicate delays and schedule updates to customers proactively
- Monitor online appointment requests and dispatch inboxes
- Confirm upcoming appointments by text message
- Assist with light administrative tasks, customer follow-up, and payment calls
- Coordinate phone coverage with the office team during breaks and lunch periods
- Maintain professionalism and organization in a busy office environment
Important Expectations
- Accuracy matters more than speed
- Every customer interaction must be documented clearly and completely
- Our dispatch software is the single source of truth for scheduling and customer communication
- This role is responsible for communication coordination — not diagnosing electrical problems
- Phones are expected to be answered consistently and professionally throughout the day
- The dispatcher should know where service technicians are and what jobs are in progress throughout the workday

Preferred (But Not Required)
- 2 years of dispatch, customer service, or service coordination experience
- Experience in home services, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries
- Experience using dispatch or scheduling software such as Housecall Pro
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch
- In-office position in Granbury, TX
- Business casual environment
- Company-branded shirts may be worn
- Jeans acceptable
This position involves extended periods of computer and phone usage in an active office environment with regular communication between office staff and field technicians.
