Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Waller, TX. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, communication with stakeholders, and supervising project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Experience in Inspection processes to evaluate quality and compliance with project standards
- Skills in Logistics Management to oversee the seamless coordination of operations and supply chains
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with construction practices and knowledge of safety regulations is a plus
