Texas Pickle Hall is a 12-court indoor pickleball facility in Live Oak with a full bar, scratch kitchen, and a packed calendar of leagues, open play, tournaments, corporate events, and private parties. We're built around one idea: every guest who walks through the door should leave planning their next visit.
Member Service Associates are the engine of the floor. You'll move between the kitchen, the bar, and the courts — wherever the guest need is.
What You'll Do
- Take care of members and guests on the courts, at tables, and at the bar
- Prepare and plate food to spec in our kitchen
- Pour and serve beer, wine, and cocktails, and run drinks to guests
- Take orders, ring them in accurately, and deliver food and drinks hot, cold, and on time
- Bus tables, run dishes, and reset spaces between groups
- Keep the facility clean — courts, seating areas, restrooms, bar, and back of house
- Restock coolers, supplies, and service stations
- Follow all food safety and TABC alcohol service laws, every shift, no exceptions
- Jump in wherever the team needs you, including event and party support
What You Bring
Required
- 18 years or older (Texas law requirement to serve alcohol)
- TABC Seller/Server certification and Texas Food Handler card — or willingness to obtain both within 30 days of hire (we'll point you to the course)
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a fast-paced shift on your feet without losing your cool
- Availability on evenings and weekends
- Willingness to cross-train across kitchen, bar, and floor
Preferred
- Prior restaurant, bar, food service, or hospitality experience
- Experience with a POS/ticketing system
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for the majority of a shift, up to 8 hours
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs (kegs, cases, supply deliveries)
- Bend, reach, and kneel for cleaning and stocking
- Work near hot kitchen equipment and in an active indoor facility with elevated noise levels
Pay: $13.50 per hour
