Job Summary:
The Multi-Site Food Service and Convenience Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple convenience store locations, some with integrated food service operations. We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers exceptional service with a smile. This role ensures operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance across all assigned locations. The Manager will lead and develop teams, optimize processes, and maintain a positive shopping and dining experience for customers at every site.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-Site Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations for multiple convenience store and food service locations, ensuring consistency in standards and procedures.
- Implement best practices across sites to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Coordinate opening/closing schedules, cash management, and inventory control for all locations.
- Sales & Financial Performance
- Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned locations by setting and achieving performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze financial data for each site, including sales, expenses, and margins, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets and control costs while maximizing revenue streams.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and develop store and food service managers and associates across multiple locations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure a welcoming environment and outstanding customer service at every location.
- Implement customer service initiatives and monitor feedback to continuously improve the shopping and dining experience.
- Promote upselling and suggestive selling strategies across teams.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all locations comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food sanitation standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance and address issues proactively.
- Train staff on safety protocols and enforce adherence across sites.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Territory Manager to align multi-site goals with regional and company objectives.
- Communicate updates, policies, and initiatives effectively to all store and food service teams.
- Provide regular reports on performance, staffing needs, and operational challenges.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of store manager experience, preferably in a convenience store or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or above preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to work overtime as required.
- Valid Driver License.
- Ability to travel to assigned locations.
- Must have the ability to move and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Daily heavy lifting, kneeling, standing, for long periods, kneeling.
