Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with courteous and efficient service
- Greet customers and explain wash packages, membership options, and promotions.
- Handle payments and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Promote loyalty programs and upsell services to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area.
- Support team members and assist with site operations as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and wet weather.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
