SMR Capital Group is hiring on behalf of Huey Magoo's for the position of Guest Services Team Member. We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and highly hospitable individuals to join the Front-of-House team and help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and serve guests with genuine warmth and energy in the dining room, drive-thru, and on the phone
- Operate the POS system to take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Suggestively sell menu items and current promotions to enhance the guest experience
- Deliver food to guests and double-check all orders for accuracy before hand-off
- Handle cash and credit card payments following company procedures
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the full menu — items, prices, ingredients, and daily specials
- Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and urgency
- Keep the dining room, drive-thru, patio, condiment area, and restrooms clean and stocked
- Complete all assigned side work before, during, and at the end of each shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures at all times
- Support in-restaurant and off-site marketing and promotional activities as directed

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual ability is a plus
