Nurse Manager - NICU RN (Night Shift)
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Full-time | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Weekend/on-call rotation required
Compensation: $40.00 - $58.00/hr (based on experience)

We are hiring a Nurse Manager - NICU RN to lead our neonatal intensive care team on the night shift. This is a leadership role for a clinically skilled, compassionate RN with a proven track record in NICU operations and team support.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director to manage NICU operations and lead a team of dedicated NICU nurses
Monitor and support department participation in performance improvement initiatives
Provide clinical support to bedside staff while ensuring standards of neonatal nursing care
Oversee patient care delivery plans and evaluate patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with all hospital, regulatory, and safety standards
Requirements:
2 years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience (charge nurse or manager level)
BSN required
Active Texas RN license or Compact RN license with Texas endorsement within 60 days
Current BLS certification (AHA)
