Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist – Spring Hill, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts: Nights, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, rotating weekends (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
Compensation: $27.09 – $37.92/hr depending on experience
Differentials: $2.50/hr for Nights. $2.00/hr On-Call.
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Nights, $5,000 for Days
Relocation: Available case by case

Overview

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist near Spring Hill, FL. This role ensures accurate lab testing and quality reporting across multiple technical disciplines, supporting timely clinical decisions and patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and stat laboratory testing.

• Monitor, document, and report patient results.

• Perform delta checks and ensure quality control compliance.

• Assist with supply monitoring and inventory management.

• Provide support for CAP and hospital inspections.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as needed.

• 
  Associate degree in Medical Technology required; Bachelor’s preferred.

• Active Florida State Technologist license.

• Minimum 3 years of medical laboratory experience.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
