Compensation

• Base Pay: $33.77 – $49.06/hour (DOE)

  • ~5 years: $38.28/hr

  • ~10 years: $42.86/hr

  • ~17 years: $49.06/hr

• Shift Differentials: $4.50/hr (Nights) | $1.50/hr (Weekends)

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Days) | $20,000 (Nights) — available through Q3

• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Position Overview

Join a dynamic 16-bed ICU caring for critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced interventions. This role supports 1:1–1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios, providing time to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Ideal for experienced ICU nurses who thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to critically ill patients with complex medical needs

• Use advanced clinical judgment to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and respond to critical changes in patient condition

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and recovery

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (required)

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting (required)

• ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred

• NIHSS certification within 30 days of hire

• BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 6 months, PALS within 6 months
