Responsibilities
Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages across the ED acuity spectrum
Prioritize multiple cases; initiate and document plan of care and outcomes
Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for safe throughput
Provide discharge instructions, education, and referrals
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and regulatory readiness
Qualifications
Required
Active Florida or Compact RN license (FL required by start)
1 year recent acute-care ED RN experience
BLS at start; CPI, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days
Preferred
ASN/ADN required; BSN preferred
Prior experience in high-volume ED settings
