Overview
Join a fast-paced Emergency Department as a skilled and compassionate ER RN. Key Responsibilities
Provide timely, compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and interventions
Administer medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and manage IV lines
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education
Ensure compliance with safety and clinical care standards
Maintain equipment and uphold infection control protocols
Support performance improvement and departmental initiatives
Minimum Requirements
ADN required (BSN preferred but not required)
Active Florida or Compact RN license
Must obtain Florida license within 90 days if Compact
1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience
BLS & ACLS: Required within 30 days of hire
PALS: Required within 30 days of hire
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
