Job Description
Overview
A regional medical center in the Margate area is seeking an experienced RN Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead multi-unit operations including Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, and Pre/Post Holding. The director will oversee clinical performance, staffing, regulatory readiness, and service-line growth.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and clinical standards for Cath Lab, EP Lab, and related cardiovascular units.
Manage staffing, scheduling, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and service-line development.
Maintain employee engagement, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required:
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN
BSN required
BLS and ACLS
3 years Cath Lab or EP Lab clinical experience
2 years leadership in cardiovascular services
Experience overseeing multiple units
Neuro and Interventional Radiology experience
Preferred: MSN or related graduate degree
