- Pay: $27–$39/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care
Perform assessments, administer medications, and document thoroughly
Respond promptly to patient concerns and anticipate care needs
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license
Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Acute care RN experience within the last 3 years required
Candidates with extensive RN experience may qualify if acute care experience is within the last 5 years
Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of start
Pay Tiers Based on Experience:
2 years: $27/hr
5 years: $31/hr
10 years: $34–$39/hr
